- Deposit: $200 per week with reservation
- Balance Due: 60 days prior to arrival date
- Payment: Check drawn on US Bank in US dollars or money order; payable to Maui Rentals
- Credit cards not accepted
- Refund upon advance cancellation no less than 60 days prior to date of arrival
- A one time cleaning fee charged for stays of less than 6 nights
- 3 night minimum booking
